Had a great experience with Express Air Duct Cleaning. George came out to clean our dryer vent and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up after himself. On top of that, George is just a genuinely great guy. Friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. It’s nice to have someone come into your home who knows their stuff and is also a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend him!

I appreciated how neatly they removed and replaced the vent covers. Small details like that matter to me.

The guy spent time on the ductwork rather than rushing from one register to another. That made a good impression.

Good experience with the duct cleaning. The workers were pleasant, and the cost was fair for the amount of work involved.

THANK YOU GEORGE for your outstanding service! We recently had him come out to clean our dryer vent, and he also took care of our AC drain. You can see the before and after from our dryer vent! From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. George took the time to explain everything, was incredibly thorough in his work, and treated our home with the utmost respect. He even made sure to clean up after himself, which we really appreciated! What impressed us most was his work ethic and attention to detail. George is exactly the type of employee who gives a company a great reputation. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Express Air Duct Cleaning is lucky to have someone like George representing their company! We will absolutely be requesting him for any future services and recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you, George, for such an exceptional experience!

I called Express Air Duct Cleaning to clean the air ducks and dryer vent. Tony came and inspected the air ducks; he told me that air ducks looked good and didn't need to be cleaned at this time. Tony did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent. Tony's honesty and integrity was much appreciated. I highly recommend Express Air Duck Cleaning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Express Air Duct Cleaning! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Nate and Gary were fantastic. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and approachable, and made the entire process easy. They clearly explained what they were doing, what they found, and answered all of our questions along the way. This was not an easy job. We live in a downtown condominium building, and our dryer duct required a long and fairly complex cleaning. They navigated the building and the ductwork professionally and did an excellent job getting everything cleaned out. They were also able to provide the required Certificate of Insurance for our condo association, which made coordinating the work much easier. They even replaced our dryer duct pipe because the existing one was severely clogged and backed up. That was an unexpected but important extra step that gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing the dryer now has proper airflow and ventilation. I really appreciated how professional, thorough, and transparent Nate and Gary were throughout the entire visit. They clearly care about doing the job correctly rather than simply getting in and out. If you have a dryer that isn’t drying as efficiently as it used to, is taking longer than normal, or you simply haven’t had your dryer vent cleaned in a while, I would absolutely recommend having it checked. Proper dryer vent cleaning improves airflow, helps the dryer operate more efficiently, and is an important part of routine dryer maintenance. Great company, great service, and great people. Highly recommend Express Air Duct Cleaning! Five stars all around!
