Serving Palm Harbor
We serve Palm Harbor Island and the downtown Avenida area, Palm Harbor Gardens, the communities east of I-75, and the newer Tarpon Springs area on Palm Harbor's southeast edge.
Palm Harbor has a high share of golf and active-adult communities, condos and villas, plus single-family homes of all ages. Villas and condos often share walls, which affects how dryer vents are routed.
Palm Harbor stretches from the island downtown out to large communities east of I-75, and the distances between them are real. Island homes near Palm Harbor Avenue tend to be older and smaller, while the villages east of the interstate include golf communities with their own gates and rules. Tarpon Springs to the southeast is newer still. The age of your home helps us understand what to expect.
Pinellas County stretches from the barrier islands of the Gulf down to Tarpon Springs and Tarpon Springs, with a mix of beach communities, condos, active-adult neighborhoods and newer subdivisions.
